As an integral part of the public realm, the landscape conceptually provides an identifiable, broad-scale platform and framework for the tower and podium. The landscape design embraces this prominent site by emphasizing its visibility, sustainability, and accessibility in creating a memorable place. This concept yields a set of five landscape components that are aesthetically and functionally interconnected. The five key components include a wetland roof garden, a cascading vertical filtration garden, a central courtyard, an infinity water pool feature, and a sculpture plaza. The concept harvest rainwater through a connected landscape system to treat and maintain the water quality, while also adding sustainable value to the site.
